With
over 23 years of experience, Kenneth Meleyco, the managing
owner of the Meleyco Law Firm, is well known for providing
premier, quality legal counsel in catastrophic injuries
or deaths.
Death
and Serious Injuries
Since
1989 Kenneth Meleyco has been representing persons who
have been seriously injured or the families of those
who have died. He has been involved in numerous trials
in northern California. Most of his trial experience
in the last fourteen years has been in the areas of
product liability, negligence, real estate and automobile
accidents involving catastrophic injuries and/or major
financial losses and damages.
Education
Born
in 1948, Kenneth Meleyco studied at the University of
Nevada and Fresno State College, before receiving his
J.D. from University of the Pacific-McGeorge School
of Law in 1973.
Kenneth
Meleyco was admitted to the State Bar of California
on December 13, 1973.
Prosecutor
in District Attorney's Office
After
being admitted to the bar, Kenneth Meleyco worked as
a deputy district attorney with the San Joaquin County
District Attorney's office for seven years. During that
time he prosecuted numerous cases including homicide
and death penalty cases.

Special
Prosecutor, San Joaquin County Lawyer
Kenneth
Meleyco left the District Attorney's office in 1981
for private practice. In 1982, he was appointed Special
Prosecutor by San Joaquin County and eventually went
to trial as such for one year. The prosecution was successful
ending with convictions of First Degree murder against
4 individuals. To date, it is the longest trial in San
Joaquin Court history.

Attorneys of California; San Joaquin County Bar Association;
and San Joaquin County Trial Lawyers Association.

Ken
was admitted to the State Bar of California on Dec 17,
1973 by the California Supreme Court and is licensed
to practice in all courts in California.
