Settlements and Trust Funds

We treat fees as trust funds by immediately placing the incoming fee in trust and issuing a trust check out to the referring attorney upon settlement. In short, we take a high degree of responsibility of protecting the funds to our referring attorneys.

Attorney Referral Fees

We provide referring attorneys referral fees within the rules and ethical guidelines of the California State Bar Association. It is important to note that these fees do not cost the client, but rather come out of any fees to use.
